This is an original watercolor painting, 7×10 (11×14 framed) It is a likeness of the train station in Kirkwood, Mo. I always think about what a bustling , emotional place it must have been during the first and second World Wars.
It sits on Argonne Road, formerly Main Street. It was renamed after hometown brothers were killed during combat in the Argonne Forest in France during World War 1. It is still a busy train station, and still holds such emotional resonance within it’s walls.
Price includes framing and shipping.
